The invention discloses a brake force control method and system based on a drive-by-wire chassis and a vehicle thereof.The method comprises the steps that data signals of piezoelectric pressure sensors are obtained, the brake mass of all wheels is calculated according to current signals fed back by the piezoelectric pressure sensors on all the wheels, proportion calculation of loads of all the wheels is carried out, and the brake mass of all the wheels is calculated; and distributing the braking force to the single wheel according to the braking force ratio, and judging whether the braking force of the single wheel needs to be supplemented by the brake-by-wire system or not according to whether the maximum motor braking force which can be applied by the single wheel is greater than the required braking force or not. According to the method, the braking force of the whole vehicle is basically applied according to the corresponding load proportion of the wheels, a method for obtaining the vehicle load and calculating the total braking force of all the wheels of the vehicle is provided, and the braking force distribution strategy of the redundant braking system and the redundant braking system after the redundant braking system obtains the vehicle braking instruction is determined; and an interaction strategy of the motor braking force and the line control power in the vehicle about-to-stop stage is provided.

    本发明公开了一种基于线控底盘的制动力控制方法、系统及其车辆,方法步骤包括:获取压电式压力传感器的数据信号,按照压电式压力传感器在各个车轮反馈的电流信号计算各个车轮的制动质量,并进行各个车轮载荷的比例计算,根据制动力比值向单个车轮分配制动力,根据单个车轮所能施加的最大电机制动力是否大于其所需要的制动力,判断该单个车轮是否需要由线控制动系统补充制动力。本发明使得全车制动力基本按照车轮对应载荷比例进行制动力的施加,提出了获取车辆载荷及计算车辆各车轮总制动力的方法,确定了冗余制动系统在获取车辆制动指令后两者的制动力分配策略,以及车辆快要停车阶段电机制动力和线控制动力的交互策略。
