The invention discloses a safety braking system, the system adopts a wind power braking mode to realize effective braking, and a wind power braking device mainly comprises seven parts, namely a wind collecting device, a rear outer frame, a lifting device, a brake parachute device, a circular shearing device, a wind direction changing device and a wind increasing device. The brake parachute device provides rapid and large braking force under the condition of emergency braking of the train, and the magnitude and deviation of the braking force are adjusted through the circular shearing device so as to guarantee balance of the train. The wind collecting device and the wind increasing device increase the braking force by collecting wind power, the wind power direction is adjusted through the lifting device and the wind direction changing device, the train is pressed down by the wind power, and meanwhile the gravity center of the train is adjusted by adjusting the wind power direction. According to the safety braking system arranged in the mode, effective braking is achieved through the brake parachute, meanwhile, the wind direction can be adjusted through wind power, then the gravity center of the train is adjusted, and safe anti-derailment braking of the train is achieved.
本申请公开了一种安全制动系统,该系统采用风力制动的方式实现有效制动,风力制动装置主要包括集风装置、后外框、升降装置、减速伞装置、圆剪装置、变风向装置以及增风装置七部分构成。减速伞装置在列车紧急制动的情况下提供迅速且较大的制动力,并通过圆剪装置对制动力的大小与偏向进行调整,以保证列车的平衡。集风装置与增风装置通过对风力的收集增加制动力的大小,由升降装置与变风向装置进行风力方向的调整,使得风力对列车进行下压,同时调整风力方向进而对列车重心进行调整。采用上述方式设置的安全制动系统,通过减速伞有效制动的同时,还能够利用风力进行风向调整,进而对列车重心进行调整,实现列车的安全防脱轨制动。
