The invention provides a hydrogen-rich and low-power electricity hydrogen production and charging integrated system. The system comprises a master station and a slave station, the mother station comprises a first hydrogen energy supply module and a first electric energy supply module; the first hydrogen energy supply module comprises a water electrolysis hydrogen production module, a first hydrogen storage module and a first hydrogenation module; the first electric energy supply module comprises a renewable energy power generation module, a hydrogen power generation module, a first power storage module and a first charging module; the substation comprises a second hydrogen energy supply module and a second electric energy supply module; and the second hydrogen energy supply module comprises a second hydrogen storage module and a second hydrogen adding module. The system is applied to a scene with more hydrogen and less electricity, the electric power mainly comes from hydrogen power generation, and the system serves a region with a large number of hydrogen fuel vehicles and a small number of new energy vehicles, in an integrated station, the fuel cell vehicles are filled with hydrogen, the new energy vehicles are rapidly charged, and electricity-hydrogen interaction adjustment is achieved; hydrogen is used for power generation.
