The invention discloses a two-gear dual-motor-driven hybrid power transmission device and a transmission method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of transmissions. The input end of the input shaft is connected with an engine power system, the output end of the input shaft is connected with the front-end motor through the front-row planetary gear train, the front-row planetary gear train is connected with one end of the first clutch, the other end of the first clutch is connected with the input end of the output shaft, the output end of the output shaft is connected with a vehicle rear axle, and the output shaft is connected with the rear-end motor through the rear-row planetary gear train.
