The invention discloses a bottom support mechanism for locking a battery of a commercial vehicle, the bottom support mechanism comprises a bottom frame and further comprises a plurality of rotary locking assemblies which are arranged on the bottom frame and used for locking a battery bearing box in a multi-point mode, each rotary locking assembly comprises a motor, a flexible coupling, a locking plate and a connecting shaft, and each connecting shaft is provided with a locking flange and a positioning flange. Wherein the motor is connected to the bottom frame, the positioning flange is restrained and locked to the bottom frame by the locking plate, the locking seat is arranged on the battery bearing box, the locking seat is provided with a flange via hole, and the flange via hole penetrates through the locking seat. And the locking flange penetrates through the flange via hole when the battery bearing box is in place and can be driven by the motor to rotate by an angle so as to be matched with the locking seat in a locking manner. An electric driving mode is adopted, the limitation that an air cylinder is restrained by an air source is eliminated, and all commercial heavy truck battery replacement vehicle types can be covered.

    本发明公开了一种用于商用车电池锁止的底托机构,包括底部框架,还包括在底部框架上用于多点锁死电池承载箱的若干旋转锁死组件,所述旋转锁死组件包括电机、挠性联轴器、锁板、以及连接轴,所述连接轴具有锁止法兰、定位法兰,其中电机连接至底部框架上,所述定位法兰由所述锁板约束锁定至底部框架上,所述旋转锁死组件还包括在所述电池承载箱上设置的锁止座,所述锁止座设有法兰过孔,所述锁止法兰在电池承载箱落位时贯穿法兰过孔且能够在电机驱动下旋转一角度,以与锁止座锁止配合。本发明采用电力驱动方式,摆脱气缸受气源约束的局限性,可覆盖所有商用重卡换电车型。
