The invention relates to the technical field of tire structure design, in particular to a wide-base tire, an anti-eccentric-wear belt structure for the wide-base tire and an implementation method of the anti-eccentric-wear belt structure. The anti-eccentric-wear belt structure comprises a first belt layer, a second belt layer, a third belt layer and a fourth belt layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. The first belted layer is composed of a first left belted layer and a first right belted layer, and the first left belted layer and the first right belted layer are in the same direction. The tire tread center and the tire tread center are bilaterally symmetrical by taking the tire tread center as an axis, and a certain breaking width L exists between the tire tread center and the tire tread center; the included angle between the first left belt and the circumferential direction of the tire and the included angle between the first right belt and the circumferential direction of the tire are 22-26 degrees; the disconnection width L between the first belt left and the first belt right is equal to the tire tread width * k, and k is 0.3-0.4; and the disconnection width L is less than 50% of the overall width L1 of the first belted layer. And the intermittent first belted layer is adopted, so that the constraint of the belted steel wire cord to the center of the tire crown is reduced, and the grounding center is not concave inwards after the tire is inflated.

    本发明涉及轮胎结构设计技术领域,尤其涉及一种宽基轮胎及用于该轮胎的防偏磨带束结构及实施方法。该防偏磨带束结构包括从下往上依次设置的第一带束层、第二带束层、第三带束层和第四带束层;第一带束层由第一带束左、第一带束右两个部分组成,其中第一带束左与第一带束右的方向相同;两者的方向为右倾,并以胎面中心为轴左右对称,且中间存在一定的断开宽度L;其中第一带束左和第一带束右与轮胎周向之间的夹角为22°‑26°;第一带束左与第一带束右之间的断开宽度L=轮胎行驶面宽*k,k取值0.3‑0.4;断开宽度L小于第一带束层整体宽度L1的50%。采用间断式第一带束层,从而减少带束钢丝帘线对胎冠中心的束缚,使轮胎充气后接地中心不再内凹。
