The invention discloses a rolling bilevel planning method combining trunk line green wave coordination and emergency path decision, which is based on the thought of path planning and signal control game coordination, fuses traditional roadside data and novel network connection data, and improves data precision. A traffic wave model is improved, a dynamic road resistance function is established, and a travel time reliability index is constructed to further improve the right of way; on the basis of a Webster timing method and a trunk line green wave idea, point-to-line optimization control is performed on a signal control scheme, and the scheme is evaluated and selected on the basis of an intersection delay model. According to the method, dynamic updating of the emergency rescue path is realized under the condition of considering the overall benefit of the traffic system in an intelligent network connection environment. Meanwhile, based on the idea of double-layer planning, the game balance of the priority passing of the emergency rescue vehicles and the overall operation benefits of the road network social vehicles is realized.

    本发明公开了一种结合干线绿波协调和应急路径决策的滚动双层规划方法,基于路径规划与信号控制博弈协调的思想,并将传统路侧数据与新型网联数据融合,增进数据精度;改进交通波模型建立动态路阻函数,并构建行程时间可靠性指标进一步完善路权;基于Webster配时法与干线绿波思想,对信控方案进行由点到线的优化控制,并基于交叉口延误模型对方案进行评估与抉择。本发明在智能网联环境下,在考虑交通系统整体效益的条件下实现了应急救援路径的动态更新。同时,基于双层规划的思想,实现了应急救援车辆的优先通行与路网社会车辆整体运行效益的博弈均衡。
