A pressure reducing valve comprises a valve block, a valve cavity, an oil inlet channel and an oil outlet channel are arranged in the valve block, the oil inlet channel and the oil outlet channel are communicated with the valve cavity, a supporting seat, a valve seat and a flow controller are arranged in the valve cavity, the valve seat is contained in the supporting seat and located at the lower end of the supporting seat, and an oil inlet communicated with the oil inlet channel and the interior of the supporting seat is formed in the valve seat in a penetrating mode. An oil outlet communicated with the oil outlet channel and the interior of the supporting seat is formed in the supporting seat in a penetrating mode, the throttler is arranged below the valve seat, and a throttling hole is formed in the throttler in the axial direction in a penetrating mode; the pressure reducing valve further comprises movable iron arranged above the valve seat, and the movable iron can move up and down to open the oil inlet or seal the oil inlet. When the moving iron moves downwards, the oil inlet is sealed, so that the oil inlet channel is not communicated with the oil outlet channel; and when the moving iron moves upwards, the oil inlet is opened, so that the oil inlet channel is communicated with the oil outlet channel through the throttling hole, the oil inlet and the oil outlet in sequence.
