The hybrid electric vehicle temperature control system comprises a heat exchange flow path, a bypass pipeline and a control assembly, the heat exchange flow path comprises a first heat exchange area and a second heat exchange area, a transmission is arranged in the first heat exchange area, a PEU module is arranged in the second heat exchange area, and a first bypass opening and a second bypass opening are formed in the two sides of the first heat exchange area correspondingly; the bypass pipeline comprises a first connector and a second connector, the first bypass opening is connected with the first connector, the second bypass opening is connected with the second connector, and a heat exchange medium flows in the heat exchange flow path and the bypass pipeline; the control assembly is used for controlling the on-off state of the bypass pipeline. Compared with the prior art, the on-off state of the bypass pipeline is controlled through the control assembly, the purpose that whether the heat exchange working medium exchanges heat with the first heat exchange area or not is achieved, the heat exchange requirements of the automobile under different use working conditions are met, and the heat exchange efficiency of the whole hybrid power automobile temperature control system is improved.
