The invention relates to the technical field of mechanical engineering, and discloses an energy-saving control method for a concrete pump truck, which comprises the following steps of: calculating required pumping flow according to the pumping frequency expected by a user and the displacement and the rotating speed of a main pump; the average pumping pressure in the pumping stroke is calculated according to the instantaneous pressure obtained through sampling in one pumping stroke; estimating load power according to the average pumping pressure and the required pumping flow; reversely deducing the output power of the engine according to the load power and the mechanical efficiency, calculating the optimal engine rotating speed corresponding to the power, and setting the rotating speed of the engine as the optimal engine rotating speed; the required main pump displacement is calculated according to the required pumping flow and the set engine rotating speed; and the required main pump current is calculated according to the required main pump displacement. The method has the beneficial effects that the matching relation between the rotating speed of the engine and the displacement of the main pump is automatically adjusted by monitoring different working conditions in the pumping working process in real time, so that the purpose of saving fuel oil consumption while ensuring the working efficiency is achieved.

    本发明涉及机械工程技术领域,公开了一种混凝土泵车节能控制方法,包括以下步骤:根据用户期望泵送频率,根据主泵排量和转速计算所需泵送流量;根据一次泵送行程中采样得到的瞬时压力计算出该泵送行程中的平均泵送压力;根据平均泵送压力和所述所需泵送流量估算出负载功率;根据负载功率和机械效率反推出发动机输出功率,并计算出对应该功率的最佳发动机转速,将发动机的转速设定为最佳发动机转速;根据所需泵送流量和设定发动机转速计算出所需主泵排量;根据所需主泵排量计算出所需主泵电流。本发明的有益效果为:通过实时监测泵送工作过程中不同工况,自动调节发动机转速和主泵排量的匹配关系,以达到在保证工作效率的同时节约燃油消耗的目的。
