When the cable arrangement angle offset fed back by the angle sensor is large, a self-adaptive angle deviation correction control program is entered, the speed amplitude of the cable arrangement motor is greatly increased, the deviation correction adjustment time can be shortened, when the cable arrangement angle offset is small, fixed-distance calculation displacement deviation correction control is carried out, the cable arrangement offset can be adjusted in a small-amplitude mode, and the deviation correction efficiency is improved. The winch cable arrangement control algorithm module simultaneously adopts a self-adaptive angle deviation correction program and a fixed-distance calculation displacement deviation correction program, and only performs cable arrangement position deviation correction when cable arrangement lags behind, so that the possibility of cable stacking can be reduced to a great extent.
