The invention discloses a tower crane climbing frame push-pull type step changing structure and a using method.The step changing structure comprises a push-pull sliding block, an auxiliary oil cylinder, a sliding block bracket and an oil cylinder bracket, the oil cylinder bracket is connected with one end of the sliding block bracket, the push-pull sliding block is placed on the sliding block bracket, and the auxiliary oil cylinder is installed on the oil cylinder bracket; the telescopic end of the auxiliary oil cylinder is perpendicularly connected with the center of the rear end of the push-pull sliding block, the other end of the sliding block bracket is welded to the climbing frame cross beam, a through hole matched with the push-pull sliding block is formed in the climbing frame cross beam, the auxiliary oil cylinder drives the push-pull sliding block to stretch out and draw back in the through hole, and the length of the portion, stretching into the through hole, of the push-pull sliding block is larger than the wall thickness of the climbing frame cross beam. The front end of the push-pull sliding block penetrates through the protruding part of the through hole and falls into the tower body step. The problems that in the prior art, a jacking supporting rod of a large-tonnage tower crane is too heavy, it is difficult to manually push the jacking supporting rod into a step, and consequently a climbing frame of the large-tonnage tower crane cannot conduct jacking operation smoothly are solved.

    本发明公开了一种塔机爬升架推拉式换步结构及使用方法,该换步结构包括推拉滑块、辅助油缸、滑块托架和油缸托架,其中油缸托架与滑块托架一端相连,推拉滑块放置在滑块托架上,辅助油缸安装在油缸托架上,辅助油缸的伸缩端与推拉滑块后端中心处垂直连接,滑块托架的另一端焊接在爬升架横梁上,爬升架横梁上设有与推拉滑块相匹配的通孔,辅助油缸带动推拉滑块在通孔内伸缩,推拉滑块伸入通孔的长度大于爬升架横梁的壁厚,该推拉滑块前端穿过通孔的凸出部分落在塔身踏步内。本发明解决了现有技术中大吨位塔式起重机的顶升撑杆太重,人工难以将其推入踏步内,导致大吨位塔式起重机的爬升架无法顺利进行顶升操作的问题。
