The fabricated building prefabricated part laminated slabs are usually stacked by 5-8 slabs in a stacked mode, in a traditional method, after the slabs are transferred to a stacking site through a transfer trolley, the slabs are hoisted in a single-slab hoisting mode, and in the later period, the slabs are also hoisted to a transport vehicle in the single-slab hoisting mode to be transported to a construction site. A traditional method mainly has the following two problems that firstly, five layers of laminated slabs need to be hoisted for 10 times in the links of transferring in a site, transporting to a construction site and the like, and the hoisting efficiency is low; and secondly, the laminated slab is thin, and fine cracks are easy to generate in the multiple hoisting processes. In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a laminated slab tool type batch integral hoisting tool and a hoisting method thereof, and the hoisting tool is characterized by comprising a square hoisting frame, an upper sling, a lower sling and a lower hoisting beam from top to bottom. According to the hoisting method, the plates are integrally hoisted in batches in the stacking state from the factory building to the stacking site and from the stacking site to the construction site, additional cost does not need to be increased, the hoisting efficiency of the laminated plates is improved, and meanwhile the quality of the laminated plates can be guaranteed.

    装配式建筑预制构件叠合板通常以5~8块板层叠堆放,传统方法是由转运车转运至堆放场地后,以单块吊装方式进行吊放,后期同样以单块吊装方式吊装至运输车上运往工地现场。传统方法主要存在以下两个问题:一、从场地内转运、运输到工地现场等环节,5层叠合板需吊装10次,吊装效率较低;二、叠合板较薄,在多次吊装过程中,容易产生细微裂缝。本发明为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种叠合板工具式批量整体吊装工具及其吊装方法,其特征在于吊装工具由上至下包括正方型吊架、上吊索、下吊索、下吊梁。该吊装方法从厂房至堆放场地,堆放场地至工地现场在板叠放状态下批量整体吊装,不需要增加额外成本,提高了叠合板吊装的效率,同时也能够保证叠合板的质量。
