The frequency conversion control full-automatic rope winding device specifically comprises a bottom frame and a motor frequency converter, one end of the top of the bottom frame is fixedly connected with a motor speed reducer, the tail end of an output shaft of the motor speed reducer is fixedly connected with a shifting rod through a coupler, and the other end of the top of the bottom frame is movably connected with an empty wheel disc; one end of the driving lever is fixedly connected with the empty wheel disc through a pin shaft, and the center line of the other end of the driving lever and the center line of the empty wheel disc are located on the same straight line. According to the frequency conversion control full-automatic rope winding device, the frequency conversion device is used for controlling the rope winding mechanism, so that old ropes can be recycled during replacement of a mine hoisting steel wire rope and a balance steel wire rope; by means of the device, labor force can be reduced, wellhead operation is not needed when the old rope is recycled, and construction safety is greatly improved; by using the frequency conversion device, synchronization of new rope releasing and old rope recycling can be achieved, and the rope replacing efficiency and quality are improved.

    本发明公开了一种变频控制全自动卷绳装置,具体包括底架和电机变频器,所述底架顶部的一端固定连接有电机减速机,所述电机减速机的输出轴末端通过联轴器固定连接有拨杆,所述底架顶部的另一端活动连接有空轮盘,所述拨杆的一端与空轮盘通过销轴固定连接,所述拨杆另一端的中心线与空轮盘的中心线处于同一直线上。该变频控制全自动卷绳装置,通过使用变频装置控制卷绳机构能够实现矿井提升钢丝绳及平衡钢丝绳更换期间对旧绳的回收利用;使用该装置能够减少劳动力,且该装置在回收旧绳时无需在井口作业,大大提高施工安全性;变频装置的使用能够实现放新绳与回收旧绳同步,提高换绳效率及质量。
