The invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle charging docking system and method.The charging docking system comprises a bottom plate and a charging docking device, the charging docking device comprises a lifting device, and the lifting device transversely moves, longitudinally moves and vertically ascends and descends on the horizontal plane where the bottom plate is located; the supporting columns, the first conductive parts and the second conductive parts are arranged on the bottom plate in a staggered mode. A movable space is formed among the four adjacent supporting columns; the elastic layer is supported on the bottom plate through the supporting columns, and the elastic layer is prevented from getting close to the supporting layer under the gravity of the elastic layer. Under the action of external force, the elastic layer in the moving space gets close to the supporting layer, the first conductive piece makes contact with the second conductive piece to conduct longitudinal conduction, and the conducted second conductive piece is used for outputting a level signal.
