The invention relates to a method for correcting deformation of a ship helicopter landing grating, which comprises the following steps of: 1, measuring the actually measured sinkage of the ship helicopter landing grating on site, calculating the difference value between the designed sinkage and the actually measured sinkage, and taking the difference value as the processing amount required to sink; 2, a bisector is drawn with the drainage hole in the lowest position of the ship helicopter landing grating as the circle center, and the bisector extends to the edge of the ship helicopter landing grating along the drainage hole; 3, pressing down the landing grating of the ship helicopter for a circle at equal depth along the bisectrix, wherein the pressing depth is smaller than the machining amount required to sink; 4, after one circle of downward pressing is completed, the sinkage of the ship landing grating of the ship helicopter is measured, and if the sinkage meets the design sinkage requirement, correction is completed; and if the sinkage does not meet the design sinkage requirement, repeating the steps 3-4. By drawing the bisectors, the bisectors are pressed down one by one, the problems of over-concentrated pressing, pressing omission and stress sudden change in the pressing process are avoided, and the method is suitable for external field operation.
本发明涉及一种用于舰船直升机着舰格栅变形的矫正方法,包括:1、现场测量舰船直升机着舰格栅的实测下沉量,计算设计下沉量和实测下沉量的差值,差值作为需要下沉的加工量;2、以舰船直升机着舰格栅的最低处的排水孔为圆心划出等分线,等分线沿排水孔延伸至舰船直升机着舰格栅的边缘;3、沿等分线等深度下压舰船直升机着舰格栅一圈,下压深度小于需要下沉的加工量;4、下压一圈完成后,测量舰船直升机着舰格栅的下沉量,若下沉量满足设计下沉量要求,矫正完成;若下沉量不满足设计下沉量要求,重复步骤3‑4。本发明通过等分线的划制,对等分线逐根进行下压,避免压制过程中下压过于集中、下压遗漏及应力突变的问题,适用于外场作业。
