The invention discloses a novel flexible deformation frame mechanism and a control method thereof. The deformation frame mechanism comprises hexagonal cell units, C-shaped flexible hinges, S-shaped flexible hinges, wing trailing edges, bridging rigid plates and a rigid foundation. The control method comprises the specific steps that the bridging rigid plate drives the hexagonal cell units to deflect through the C-shaped flexible hinges; after the SMA pieces are heated, the SMA pieces shrink, the bends at the two ends of the S-shaped flexible hinge with the SMA pieces attached to the outer surfaces of the bends at the two ends have the trend of flattening, and the whole reconfigurable honeycomb core structure deflects. According to the invention, the S-shaped flexible hinge is used for connecting the front and back adjacent hexagonal cell units, so that the chordwise part is full of flexibility and can rotate; the C-shaped flexible hinge and the bridging rigid plate are used for connecting the left and right adjacent hexagonal cell units, so that the normal part has rigidity, and the honeycomb structure is stable during rotation. The method can be applied to the fields of filling of deformable wings of aircrafts, dynamic mechanical vehicle bodies and the like.
本发明公开了基于新型柔性变形框架机构及其控制方法,变形框架机构包括六边形细胞单元、C型柔性铰链、S型柔性铰链、机翼尾缘、桥接刚性板和刚性基础;控制方法的具体步骤为:桥接刚性板通过C型柔性铰链带动六边形细胞单元发生偏转;在加热SMA片后,SMA片发生收缩,两端弯头外表面贴敷SMA片的S型柔性铰链两端弯头有展平的趋势,使整个可重构蜂窝芯结构发生偏转。本发明用S型柔性铰链连接前后相邻的两个六边形细胞单元,使弦向部分充满柔性,可发生转动;用C型柔性铰链、桥接刚性板连接左右两个相邻的六边形细胞单元,使得法向部分具有刚性,从而在转动时,使蜂窝结构稳定。本发明可应用于航空器可变形机翼填充及动态的机械车身等领域。
