The invention provides an intelligent active stern energy-saving and resistance-reducing device design method which specifically comprises the steps that S1, appearance design of a stern resistance-reducing device is conducted, and parameters of the resistance-reducing device are determined; S2, geometric three-dimensional modeling is conducted on ship resistance by changing a downward inclination angle a; s3, array calculation is carried out, wherein an objective function f = min {R (a)} is set, and the minimum resistance of the stern under the conditions of different navigational speeds V and different drafts T is calculated; s4, an optimal downward inclination angle matrix is established, the row of the matrix represents the navigational speed V, and the column of the matrix represents the draft T; s5, performing a model test; s6, performing test verification on the optimal downward inclination angle matrix, and performing correction and perfection; and S7, the optimal downward inclination angle matrix is built on a software and hardware control system of the stern resistance reduction device to adjust rotation of the downward inclination angle a, and optimal resistance reduction at different navigational speeds and different eating water is achieved. The anti-drag device is wide in application range and has a good anti-drag effect aiming at different navigational speeds, different drafts, namely different loads in actual operation of the ship.

    本发明提供了一种智能主动式船艉节能减阻装置设计方法,所述方法具体包括:S1:进行船艉减阻装置的外形设计并确定减阻装置参数,S2:通过变化下倾角a对船舶阻力进行几何三维建模;S3:进行数组计算:设置目标函数f=min{R(a)}并计算不同航速V、不同吃水T情况下的船艉最小阻力;S4:建立最优下倾角矩阵,所述矩阵的行表示航速V、列表示吃水T;S5:进行模型试验;S6:对最优下倾角矩阵进行试验验证并进行修正完善;S7:将最优下倾角矩阵搭建在船艉减阻装置的软硬件控制系统调节下倾角a转动,实现不同航速、不同吃水下的最优减阻。本发明适用范围广,针对船舶在实际运营中不同的航速、不同的吃水即不同装货下都具有良好的减阻效果。
