The invention discloses a perception data completion method based on a shockwave traffic flow model. The method comprises the following steps: screening out a relatively complete track from original traffic perception data as sampling input; establishing an inference analysis model by using a shockwave traffic flow model, and analyzing and expressing the space-time trajectory of the vehicle; establishing a two-stage Bayesian network model, and counting and describing a relationship between an observed variable and an unobserved variable through a Bayesian reasoning framework; and solving the Bayesian network by using an EM algorithm by using the fused trajectory data, completing unknown parameter estimation, and realizing data information completion. In allusion to the condition of low sampling rate of the perception data in the real situation, a model data dual-drive method is adopted, on the basis of the Leiyu fusion perception data, a shockwave traffic flow model is combined, and the Bayesian network is utilized to deduce unknown parameters based on the sampling data, so that the completion of perception data information is effectively realized.

    本发明公开了一种基于shockwave交通流模型的感知数据补全方法,包括如下步骤:从原始交通感知数据中筛选出较为完整的轨迹作为采样输入;利用shockwave交通流模型建立推理分析模型,将车辆的时空轨迹解析表达;建立两阶段的贝叶斯网络模型,通过贝叶斯推理框架,以统计描述观察变量和未观察变量之间的关系;利用融合轨迹数据,使用EM算求解贝叶斯网络,完成未知参数估计,实现数据信息补全。本发明针对现实情况中感知数据低采样率的情况,采用模型数据双驱动的方法,在雷视融合感知数据的基础上,结合shockwave交通流模型,并利用贝叶斯网络基于采样数据对未知参数进行推断,从而有效实现感知数据信息的补全。
