The invention particularly relates to a vehicle illegal parking detection method based on an urban high-complexity detection scene. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a vehicle-mounted video through a task vehicle; detecting a target vehicle in each video frame of the vehicle-mounted video, tracking the target vehicle in combination with motion features and appearance features of the target vehicle, and outputting vehicle images of the target vehicle tracked under continuous video frames; calculating the change of the relative distance between the target vehicle and the task vehicle through dynamic visual ranging in combination with the vehicle image, and judging whether the target vehicle is in a parking state in combination with a parking judgment threshold value; according to the real-time position of the task vehicle, judging whether the target vehicle is in a no-parking area, and taking the target vehicle which is in a parking state and is in the no-parking area as an illegal parking vehicle; and carrying out license plate recognition on the illegal parking vehicle. The method can adapt to high loss of a vehicle tracking target in an urban high-complexity detection scene and high dynamic nature of an illegal parking judgment scene, and can guarantee accuracy and stability of urban road illegal parking detection at the same time.

    本发明具体涉及基于城市高复杂检测场景的车辆违停检测方法,包括:通过任务车辆采集车载视频;检测车载视频每帧视频帧中的目标车辆,并结合目标车辆的运动特征和外观特征对其进行追踪,进而输出连续视频帧下追踪到的目标车辆的车辆图像;通过动态视觉测距结合车辆图像计算目标车辆与任务车辆的相对距离变化,并结合停车判断阈值判断目标车辆是否处于停车状态;根据任务车辆的实时位置判断目标车辆是否位于禁停区域,并将处于停车状态且位于禁停区域的目标车辆作为违停车辆;对违停车辆进行车牌识别。本发明能够适应城市高复杂检测场景下车辆追踪目标的高丢失性以及违停判断场景的高动态性,能够同时保证城市道路违停检测的准确性和稳定性。
