The protective jacket prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has good tensile strength and oil immersion strength retention rate, which indicates that the protective jacket material has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, is not easy to crack under stress in the use process, and is not easy to be corroded and damaged even in an oil stain polluted environment; the device has an excellent protection effect on the automobile wire harness, and the fault rate and the maintenance and replacement cost of the automobile wire harness are reduced.
