The invention discloses an energy recovery damping slewing mechanism applied to a tower crane, which comprises a base, a driving disc, a slewing disc, a hydraulic slewing actuator and an energy recovery mechanism, the driving disc is rotatably connected with the base, the slewing disc is rotatably connected with the driving disc, the hydraulic slewing actuator is respectively connected with the slewing disc and the driving disc, and the energy recovery mechanism is connected with the slewing disc. The energy recovery mechanism is connected with the hydraulic rotary actuator; and the base and the rotary disc are respectively used as a tower body connecting mechanism and a suspension arm connecting mechanism. Vibration borne by the transmission disc is reduced, a part of energy is recycled and converted, and the safety and stability of operation of the tower crane are improved.

    本发明公开了一种应用于塔式起重机的能量回收减振回转机构,包括底座、传动盘、回转盘、液压回转作动器和能量回收机构,传动盘与底座转动连接,回转盘与传动盘转动连接,液压回转作动器分别与回转盘和传动盘连接,能量回收机构与液压回转作动器连接;底座和回转盘分别作为塔身连接机构和吊臂连接机构。本发明减少传动盘受到的振动和回收转化一部分能量,提高塔式起重机作业的安全性和稳定性。
