The invention relates to a bidirectional telescopic transfer robot which comprises walking mechanisms, a transverse moving mechanism and a longitudinal moving mechanism, the four walking mechanisms are installed on the front side face of the transverse moving mechanism, and the longitudinal moving mechanism is perpendicularly connected with the transverse moving mechanism through a connecting frame. The walking mechanism is composed of four wheat wheels driven by servo motors and called as wheat wheels for short. And the two longitudinal spline shafts are fixedly connected with the two groups of ball splines and longitudinally slide in the linear sliding module. On the contrary, the four wheat wheels synchronously rotate in the forward direction and are far away from the gravity center position of the carrying robot, the width of the transverse moving mechanism is shortened, and when the carried object is long, one set of coaxial wheat wheels need to be kept static, the other set of wheat wheels need to move towards the gravity center position of the carrying robot, and the length of the longitudinal moving mechanism is shortened; otherwise, the other set of wheat wheels move in the direction away from the center position of the carrying robot, and the length of the longitudinal moving mechanism is increased.

    本发明涉及一种双向可伸缩式搬运机器人,包括行走机构、横向移动机构和纵向移动机构三部分,四个行走机构安装于横向移动机构的正侧面,纵向移动机构通过连接架与横向移动机构垂直连接,行走机构是由四个伺服电机驱动的麦轮后文简称麦轮构成;与两组滚珠花键固定连接,两根纵向花键轴在线性滑动模组内部进行纵向滑动。反之,四个麦轮正向同步转动,远离搬运机器人的重心位置,实现横向移动机构、的宽度缩短,根据被搬运物较长时,需同轴的一组麦轮保持静止,另外一组麦轮向搬运机器人的重心位置方向移动,实现纵向移动机构的长度缩短;反之,另外一组麦轮向背离搬运机器人的中心位置方向运动,实现纵向移动机构的长度伸长。
