The invention relates to the field of unmanned mine car braking control systems, and provides a mine area unmanned mine car emergency braking method which comprises the steps that pose information of an unmanned mine car is collected, and position information and contour information of an obstacle are collected; acquiring an initial route of the unmanned mine car, acquiring an initial barrier factor of each barrier according to the position and posture information of the mine car and the position information and the contour information of the barrier, and acquiring an optimized barrier factor in combination with the initial route of the mine car; according to the initial route and the pose information of the unmanned mine car, a gravitation characteristic factor of the destination to the mine car is obtained, and according to the gravitation characteristic factor and the optimization obstruction factor, a braking characteristic factor of the unmanned mine car is obtained; and setting an emergency braking mode of the unmanned mine car according to the braking characteristic factors. The self-adaptive emergency braking system aims at achieving self-adaptive emergency braking of the unmanned mine car according to the road condition of the advancing route.

    本发明涉及无人矿车制动控制系统领域,提出了一种矿区无人驾驶矿车紧急制动方法,包括:采集无人驾驶矿车的位姿信息,采集障碍物的位置信息及轮廓信息;获取无人驾驶矿车的初始路线,根据矿车的位姿信息以及障碍物的位置信息与轮廓信息,获取每个障碍物的初始阻碍因子,结合矿车的初始路线获取优化阻碍因子;根据无人驾驶矿车的初始路线及位姿信息获取目的地对矿车的引力特征因子,根据引力特征因子及优化阻碍因子获取无人驾驶矿车的制动特征因子;根据制动特征因子对无人驾驶矿车进行紧急制动模式设定。本发明旨在实现无人驾驶矿车根据行进路线路况自适应进行紧急制动。
