The invention relates to a light storage and charging energy management method, which comprises the following steps that S1, a fuzzy inference system acquires state data of each electric vehicle, and calculates an available energy value of each electric vehicle for V2G or G2V according to each state data; s2, transmitting the numerical value of the available energy, which can be used for V2G or G2V, of each electric vehicle to a smart energy platform; s3, the smart energy platform calculates the difference value between the photovoltaic system generating capacity of the micro-grid and the load power, and sets the charging and discharging power point of each electric vehicle according to the difference value and the available energy value of each electric vehicle; and S4, the smart energy platform controls the operation mode of the micro-grid according to the charging and discharging power points of the electric vehicles. According to the invention, the economical efficiency and flexibility of the optical storage and charging micro-grid are greatly improved, the interaction frequency of the micro-grid and the main power grid can be effectively reduced, and the stability of the power grid is improved.

    本发明涉及一种光储充能量管理方法,包含以下步骤:S1、模糊推理系统采集各电动车的状态数据,并根据各状态数据计算出各电动车可用于V2G或者G2V的可用能源数值;S2、将各电动车可用于V2G或者G2V的可用能源的数值传递给智慧能源平台;S3、智慧能源平台计算微电网的光伏系统发电量以及负载功率的差值,根据差值大小以及各电动车的可用能源数值设定各电动车的充放电的功率点;S4、智慧能源平台根据各电动车的充放电的功率点控制微电网的运行模式。本发明极大的提高了光储充微电网的经济性和灵活性,并且能够有效降低微网与主电网的交互次数,提高电网的稳定性。
