The invention discloses an energy management system and method suitable for an optical storage charging electric vehicle charging station, the system comprises a primary system and a secondary system, the primary system comprises a power distribution network system, an optical storage charging station system and an electric vehicle group connected to a station, and the secondary system comprises a power grid dispatching system, a station management system and a cloud platform; the station management system and the power distribution network system are dispatched and controlled by the power grid dispatching system; and the station management system collects data information of the light storage charging station system and the electric vehicle group connected to the station and uploads the data information to the cloud platform, and the cloud platform calculates scheduling control sequences of a real-time state and a future state and issues an instruction to the station management system to perform energy distribution of the whole station and power distribution of the charging piles. According to the invention, through the omnibearing top layer design of the photovoltaic, energy storage, power grid and electric vehicle energy systems, the optimal energy control of the large-scale light storage charging station is realized, and the income maximization of the large-scale light storage charging station operator is realized.

    本发明公开一种适用于光储充电动汽车充电站的能源管理系统及方法,所述系统包括一次系统和二次系统,所述一次系统包括配电网系统、光储充场站系统、接入场站的电动车群,所述二次系统包括电网调度系统、场站管理系统、云平台;所述场站管理系统和配电网系统接受电网调度系统的调度和控制;所述场站管理系统采集光储充场站系统及接入场站的电动车群的数据信息上传至云平台,云平台计算实时态、未来态的调度控制序列,将指令下发给场站管理系统进行全站的能源分配及充电桩的功率分配。本发明通过对光伏、储能、电网、电动车四种能源系统全方位的顶层设计,实现大型光储充电站的最优能源控制,实现大型光储充电站运营方的收益最大化。
