A polymer composition which contains (A) a conjugated diene polymer that contains (A1) a polymer and (B) a filler having a Mohs hardness of 5 or more, and wherein p, q, r and s are the composition ratios (molar ratios) of a structural unit represented by formula (1), a structural unit represented by formula (2), a structural unit represented by formula (3) and a structural unit represented by formula (4) in the polymer, respectively. The (A1) polymer satisfies the condition of the following mathematical formula (i). And formula (i): 0.75 < = (p + (0.5 * r))/(p + q + (0.5 * r) + s) < = 0.95. -CH2-CH2-(3),-CH2-CH = CH-CH2-(4), and the formula is shown in the description.
