The invention belongs to the technical field of winches, and particularly relates to a steel rope winch for an explosion-proof crane and a using method thereof.The steel rope winch comprises a rack, a winding drum mechanism and a dustproof mechanism covering the outer side of the winding drum mechanism, and the winding drum mechanism comprises a driving motor, a speed reducer, a first winding drum and a second winding drum which are installed on the rack; an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with a high-speed shaft of the speed reducer through a coupler, the first winding drum and the second winding drum are symmetrically distributed on the left side and the right side of the speed reducer and installed on the machine frame through a left bearing seat and a right bearing seat respectively, and winding drum shafts of the first winding drum and the second winding drum are coaxially connected with a low-speed shaft of the speed reducer. Winding grooves are evenly formed in the outer walls of the first winding drum and the second winding drum, steel wire ropes are wound in the winding grooves, and limiting mechanisms are fixedly connected to the left side and the right side of the lower surface of the dustproof mechanism. The winch is of a double-winding-drum structure, balanced hoisting can be achieved, the dustproof function is achieved, the steel wire rope can be prevented from jumping out of a groove, and safety is high.

    本发明属于卷扬机技术领域,具体涉及一种防爆起重机用钢绳卷扬机及其使用方法,所述钢绳卷扬机包括机架、卷筒机构以及罩在卷筒机构外侧的防尘机构,卷筒机构包括安装在机架上的驱动电机、减速器、第一卷筒和第二卷筒,驱动电机的输出轴通过联轴器与减速器的高速轴相连,第一卷筒和第二卷筒对称分布在减速器的左右两侧,第一卷筒和第二卷筒分别通过左轴承座和右轴承座安装在机架上,第一卷筒和第二卷筒的卷筒轴与减速器的低速轴同轴相连,第一卷筒和第二卷筒的外壁上均匀设置有绕线槽,绕线槽内缠绕有钢丝绳,防尘机构下表面左右两侧均固连有限位机构。本发明的卷扬机为双卷筒结构,可平衡起吊,不仅有防尘功能,还能避免钢丝绳跳槽,安全性高。
