The embodiment of the invention discloses a pneumatic separation system for separation of multiple spacecrafts. The pneumatic separation system comprises a high-pressure gas cylinder, an electric explosion valve, a pressure reducing valve, a gas storage cylinder, at least one electromagnetic valve and at least one pneumatic push rod. Wherein the high-pressure gas cylinder is used for outputting high-pressure gas to the electric explosion valve; the electric explosion valve is used for controlling the on-off of the electric explosion valve according to a working instruction, so that high-pressure gas in the high-pressure gas cylinder is output to the pressure reducing valve; the pressure reducing valve is used for reducing the pressure of the high-pressure gas according to the working instruction; the gas storage bottle is used for containing gas output from the second end of the pressure reducing valve; the electromagnetic valve is used for controlling the on-off of a pipeline according to the working instruction, so that the gas is output to the pneumatic push rod; and the pneumatic push rod is used for outputting the input air pressure as thrust and popping the spacecraft out of the adaptive separation cabin. The mass of the separating mechanism is reduced, and the loosening risk of the spring after long-term storage is eliminated; and the pressure stability in the pneumatic push rod is improved.

    本发明实施例公开一种多航天器分离用气动分离系统,包括:高压气瓶、电爆阀、减压阀、储气瓶、至少一个电磁阀和至少一个气动推杆;其中,所述高压气瓶,用于向所述电爆阀输出高压气体;所述电爆阀,用于根据工作指令控制自身的通断,使得所述高压气瓶内的高压气体输出到所述减压阀;所述减压阀,用于根据工作指令对所述高压气体进行减压;所述储气瓶,用于容纳从所述减压阀第二端输出的气体;所述电磁阀,用于根据工作指令控制管路的通断,使得所属气体输出至所述气动推杆;所述气动推杆,用于将输入的气压输出为推力,将航天器从适配分离舱上弹出。本发明降低了分离机构质量,消除了弹簧长期贮存松弛风险;提高了气动推杆中的压力稳定性。
