The invention relates to the field of underwater pipeline monitoring, in particular to an underwater pipeline monitoring device. Comprising a frame and further comprises a monitoring releasing mechanism and a buoyancy adjusting mechanism which are arranged on the frame, and the monitoring node releasing mechanism comprises a plurality of monitoring nodes which are arranged along a monitoring node sliding rail in a sliding mode; each monitoring node comprises a node supporting rack and two clamping jaws hinged to the bottom of the node supporting rack, the top of the node supporting rack is provided with a cable fixing part used for locking the monitoring cable, the two clamping jaws tightly hold the outer side of the pipeline, and the bottom of the cable fixing part is provided with an electric appliance butt joint plug. The real-time monitoring requirement of the subsea pipeline is met, and installation, maintenance and recovery of the pipeline monitoring node are completed through the submersible vehicle.
