The invention discloses a rigidity damping inerter autonomous controllable suspension and a parameter design and working method thereof in the field of automobiles. A cavity of an oil cylinder is sequentially connected with an inerter pipe, an adjustable throttling valve, an intelligent switch, a second electromagnetic valve and a second oil gas chamber through oil pipes; the first electromagnetic valve and the first oil gas chamber are connected in series and then connected to the two ends of the adjustable throttling valve and the intelligent switch which are connected in series in parallel, the intelligent switch is connected to the suspension domain controller, and the suspension domain controller is connected with the chassis system controller; after the intelligent switch is triggered, the first oil gas chamber and the second oil gas chamber work in parallel to provide small rigidity, the inerter pipe provides small damping and small inerter, otherwise, the first oil gas chamber provides large rigidity, the inerter pipe, the adjustable throttling valve and the intelligent switch jointly provide large damping, and the inerter pipe and the intelligent switch jointly provide large inerter; an intelligent switch autonomy and a chassis system controller take over joint control, and frequency division control over automobile driving safety and riding comfort is more intelligent.

    本发明公开汽车领域中的一种刚度阻尼惯容自治可控悬架及其参数设计和工作方法,油缸的腔室通过油管依次连接惯容管、可调节流阀、智能开关、第二电磁阀及第二油气室,第一电磁阀与第一油气室相串联后并联在串联的可调节流阀和智能开关的两端,智能开关连接至悬架域控制器,悬架域控制器连接底盘系统控制器;智能开关被触发后,第一、第二油气室并联工作提供较小刚度,由惯容管提供较小阻尼和较小惯容,否则第一油气室提供较大刚度,由惯容管、可调节流阀以及智能开关共同提供较大阻尼,由惯容管以及智能开关共同提供较大惯容;采用智能开关自治与底盘系统控制器接管联合控制,对汽车行驶安全性及乘坐舒适性的分频控制更智能。
