A fire extinguishing agent bottle is communicated with a nozzle mounting pipe through a connecting pipeline, an electromagnetic control valve and a pressure reducing valve which are connected in parallel are arranged at the end, close to the fire extinguishing agent bottle, of the connecting pipeline, and a pressure sensor is arranged on the connecting pipeline; the safety valve communicates with the interior of the battery pack; the nozzle mounting pipes are arranged above the battery cells, cooling nozzles are mounted on the lower surfaces of the nozzle mounting pipes, and one cooling nozzle is arranged between every three adjacent battery cells; the cooling nozzle comprises three metal connecting pieces and a nozzle opening; the tail end of a flow channel of the cooling nozzle is a nozzle opening, and one ends of the three metal connecting pieces are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the middle of the flow channel of the cooling nozzle and are not connected with one another. The other ends are fixedly connected to the upper surfaces of the corresponding battery cells respectively; and the interior of the cooling nozzle is sealed by adopting a phase-change material. The battery pack emergency cooling system is simple in structure and light in weight, and the method is easy to operate.

    本发明公开了一种电池包应急降温系统和方法,灭火剂瓶通过连接管路与喷嘴安装管连通,连接管路靠近灭火剂瓶的一端设置并联连接的电磁控制阀和减压阀,连接管路上设置压力传感器;安全阀与电池包内部连通;喷嘴安装管布置在电芯的上方,其下表面安装降温喷嘴,相邻三个电芯设置一个降温喷嘴;降温喷嘴包括三个金属连接件和喷口;降温喷嘴的流道末端为喷口,三个金属连接件的一端分别固连在降温喷嘴的流道中部内壁上,且互相不连接;另一端分别固连在对应的电芯上表面;采用相变材料实现对降温喷嘴内部的密封。本发明所采用的电池包应急降温系统结构简单、重量轻,方法易操作。
