The invention provides a device and a method for detecting residual detonators after roadway blasting, belongs to the technical field of detection, and is used for solving the problems of high risk, long detection time and low efficiency when a blasting section and blasting slag are detected by manually holding a detector by hand in the prior art. Comprising a vehicle body, a mechanical arm mechanism, a stretching mechanism, a detection terminal and a marking mechanism, and the mechanical arm mechanism is installed on the vehicle body; the stretching mechanism is arranged at the movable end of the mechanical arm mechanism; the detection terminal is fixedly installed on the stretching mechanism, and the marking mechanism is used for marking in the environment. The stretching mechanism is driven by the mechanical arm mechanism to enter a to-be-detected area, the stretching mechanism is unfolded, and the exploded ore slag or the exploded wall surface is comprehensively detected by the detection terminal on the stretching mechanism. When the detection terminal finds that the detonator is left, the marking mechanism marks the detonator on the corresponding site; the device automatically detects the residual detonators in the roadway, and is high in safety performance and detection efficiency.

    本发明提供一种巷道爆破后残留雷管检测装置及方法,属于检测技术领域,用于解决现有技术中通过人工手持探测仪对爆破断面和爆破矿渣进行探测,危险性高,探测耗时久,效率低的问题。包括:车体,机械臂机构、伸展机构、探测终端和标记机构,机械臂机构安装在车体上;伸展机构设在机械臂机构的活动端;探测终端固定安装在伸展机构上,标记机构用于在环境中做标识。通过机械臂机构带动伸展机构进入到待检测区域,伸展机构展开,伸展机构上的探测终端对爆破后矿石碎渣或爆破壁面进行全面的检测。当探测终端发现有雷管残留,标记机构在对应场地上做好标识;自动化实现巷道残留雷管探测,安全性能高,检测效率高。
