The invention relates to a testing device and a testing method for a hydraulic leveling system of a fire fighting truck aerial work platform, and the testing device comprises a support frame (2); the connecting arm (5) is connected with the supporting frame (2) and is configured to swing in a vertical plane relative to the supporting frame (2); the working platform (6) is rotatably connected with one end, far away from the supporting frame (2), of the connecting arm (5), and a hydraulic leveling system used for adjusting the working platform to be horizontal after the connecting arm (5) swings is mounted on the working platform (6).
