The portal crane comprises a first trolley and a second trolley, the first trolley is located on one side of the second trolley, supporting legs are fixedly connected to the top of the first trolley and the top of the second trolley through bolts, a main beam is fixedly connected between the two supporting legs through bolts, and the main beam is fixedly connected to the top of the first trolley and the top of the second trolley through bolts. An auxiliary beam is fixedly connected to the outer wall of one side of the main beam through bolts, a supporting guide rail is fixedly connected between the auxiliary beam and the main beam through bolts, and a first sliding groove is formed in the bottom of the supporting guide rail. According to the portal crane suitable for multi-working-condition lifting operation, the cross beam can stably rotate in the horizontal direction through the annular moving track composed of the main beam, the auxiliary beam and the supporting guide rail, and therefore horizontal transverse and longitudinal lifting of an object in a small range is achieved under the condition that the portal crane does not move; the problem that the hoisting range is limited due to rigid connection of all parts of a traditional portal crane is solved, and the gantry crane is suitable for hoisting in a small space.

    本发明公开了一种适应多工况起重作业的门式起重机,包括第一台车和第二台车,所述第一台车位于第二台车的一侧,且第一台车和第二台车的顶部均通过螺栓固定连接有支撑腿,两个支撑腿之间通过螺栓固定连接有主梁,所述主梁的一侧外壁上通过螺栓固定连接有副梁,所述副梁和主梁之间通过螺栓固定连接有支撑导轨,所述支撑导轨的底部开设有第一滑槽。该适应多工况起重作业的门式起重机,通过主梁、副梁和支撑导轨组成的环形移动轨道,可以使得横梁在水平方向上稳定的转动,从而在门式起重机不移动的情况下实现物体在小范围内的水平横向和纵向起吊,避免传统的门式起重机各个部件刚性连接造成起吊范围受限的问题,适应小空间内的起吊。
