The clamping seat and the hoisting mechanism are arranged on the same side of the extension plate, and the clamping seat is rotationally mounted on the adjusting rod; the clamping base comprises a base body and a clamping part on the base body, and an auxiliary adjusting piece is installed on the base body. The connecting arms can be adaptively adjusted in multiple directions relative to the fixing base, the coverage range of the hoisting mechanism is effectively expanded through the extension plates, and the half fairing can always effectively keep the self shape in the hoisting state so as to meet the requirement for fairing closing assembly.

    本发明创造提供了一种整流罩吊具,包括横梁,横梁上侧设有起吊单元,横梁下端对称设有两组吊装单元;固定座上均可拆卸安装有延伸板,连接轴异于转接头的一端外伸出固定座,并在外伸出固定座的一端旋拧有锁母,固定部由锁母锁紧固定;延伸部远离固定部的一端安装有调整杆,由调整杆上的调节件实现夹持座与延伸部间距的调节;夹持座与吊装机构布置在延伸板同一侧,夹持座转动安装于调整杆;夹持座包括座体和座体上的夹持部,在座体上安装有辅助调整件。本发明创造中连接臂相对于固定座可实现多个方向的适应性调整,且通过延伸板有效拓展了吊装机构覆盖范围,整流罩半罩在吊装状态下始终能够有效保持自身形态,以满足合罩装配的要求。
