The invention relates to a material transportation method in an external expansion project of a subway station in an operation state, in particular to a material transportation construction method for a stair section of the subway station, and aims at solving the problem that materials are difficult to transport in a construction site, two transportation systems are manufactured, one is an electric single-rail material lifting system for transporting long-strip pipelines, and the other is an electric single-rail material lifting system for transporting long-strip pipelines. And one system is an electric double-rail material lifting system for transporting other equipment. The electric double-rail material lifting system is mainly used for transporting small-size goods such as sand, air pipes, bridges, cables, valves, distribution boxes and water pumps, and the electric single-rail material lifting system is mainly used for transporting long goods such as pipelines, channel steel and angle steel. By implementing the method, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction safety is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及运营状态下地铁车站外扩工程中物料的运输方法,具体为地铁车站楼梯段物料运输施工方法,针对施工现场材料运输困难的问题,本发明制作了两个运输系统,一个是运输长条管线的电动单轨物料提升系统,一个是运输其余设备的电动双轨物料提升系统。电动双轨物料提升系统主要运输砂石、风管、桥架、线缆、阀门、配电箱、水泵等小体积货物,电动单轨物料提升系统主要运输管道、槽钢、角钢等较长货物。本发明方法的实施提高了施工效率,保证了施工安全。
