An aircraft wing dismounting device comprises a rack, the rack is provided with a driving shaft and two connecting assemblies used for being connected with wing rotating shafts, the two connecting assemblies are arranged on one side of the driving shaft, the two ends of the driving shaft are provided with transmission assemblies which synchronously move to be close to or away from each other, and the two transmission assemblies are connected with the two connecting assemblies in a one-to-one correspondence mode. The driving shaft and the transmission assembly are lower than the connecting assembly. In the use process, the driving shaft penetrates through auxiliary holes in the side portions of the wings, the two connecting assemblies are connected with the left wing and the right wing respectively, the height of the driving shaft and the height of the transmission assemblies are smaller than the height of the connecting assemblies, interference with the wings is avoided, and due to the fact that the transmission assemblies of the left wing and the right wing are driven by the same driving shaft to move synchronously, the left wing and the right wing can be detached simultaneously. And the two ends of the tool are in mutual acting force and counter-acting force, so that the balance of dismounting force (mounting acting force) is realized, the defects that the original knocking mode wastes time and labor and damages accessories are overcome, the working efficiency is improved, and the dismounting precision is better.

    一种飞机机翼拆装装置,包括机架,机架上设有驱动轴和两组用于连接机翼转轴的连接组件,两组连接组件设于驱动轴的一侧,驱动轴两端设有同步移动以相互靠近或远离的传动组件,两组传动组件与两组连接组件一一对应连接,驱动轴和传动组件的高度小于连接组件的高度。使用时驱动轴从机翼侧部工艺孔穿过,两组连接组件分别连接左右机翼,驱动轴和传动组件的高度小于连接组件的高度,避免与机翼发生干涉,由于左右机翼的传动组件由同一根驱动轴驱动实现同步移动,可以实现左右机翼同时拆卸,同步装配,两端互为作用力与反作用力,实现了拆卸力(安装作用力)的平衡,克服了原有的敲击方式费时、费力、损坏配件的缺陷,使工作效率变高,拆装精度更好。
