The invention relates to a mooring operation robot and an aircraft mooring system.The mooring operation robot comprises a base used for being fixedly installed on a take-off and landing platform, a rotary table with the rotation axis perpendicular to the horizontal line is rotatably installed on the base, and the base is provided with a rotary table installation face for the rotary table to be rotatably installed; the mooring operation robot further comprises a rotary table driving mechanism used for driving the rotary table to rotate and a mechanical arm assembly with one end hinged to the rotary table, and the other end of the mechanical arm assembly is connected with a manipulator. The base is used for being fixedly installed on the side portion of the lifting platform, and the base is provided with an installation side face used for making contact with the side portion of the lifting platform. The problem that in the prior art, when a robot is installed on the top face of a lifting platform, the cost is increased due to the fact that the lifting platform with the larger top face is needed is effectively solved.
