The invention relates to an intelligent driving interaction method and system and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining brain wave information, and recognizing a driving intention to generate a control instruction; judging whether the control instruction belongs to a driving safety instruction or not; if the instruction belongs to the driving safety instruction, prompting the content of the control instruction, obtaining a confirmation result, executing the control instruction when the confirmation result is agreement, and not executing the control instruction when the confirmation result is not agreement; if the control instruction does not belong to the driving safety instruction, judging whether the control instruction belongs to a function instruction which can be realized by the current cabin system or not; if the function instruction belongs to the function instruction which can be realized by the current cabin system, executing the control instruction, and if the function instruction does not belong to the function instruction which can be realized by the current cabin system, prompting that the current cabin system cannot realize the content of the control instruction, and exiting. According to the invention, the misoperation probability of the automatic driving system of the vehicle caused by misrecognition can be reduced, and the potential safety hazard of the automatic driving vehicle is reduced.
