The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted battery pack charging temperature management system which comprises a vehicle-mounted temperature control device and a charging device. The charging device comprises a charging station temperature control module; the vehicle-mounted temperature control device comprises an expansion kettle, a battery combined heat exchanger and a first cooling pipeline, and a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet of the expansion kettle are connected with the two ends of the first cooling pipeline respectively; the battery combined heat exchanger is arranged in the first cooling pipeline; the vehicle-mounted battery pack is arranged in the first cooling pipeline between the battery combined heat exchanger and the liquid inlet of the expansion kettle; the charging station temperature control module comprises a liquid storage tank, a first evaporator, a first compressor, a second heat exchanger, a second cooling pipeline, at least one third cooling pipeline, at least one fourth cooling pipeline, at least one first liquid outlet and at least one first liquid inlet. The temperature of the battery pack is in a proper temperature range when the vehicle is charged, and the charging efficiency, the safety performance of the battery and the service life of the battery are improved.

    本发明公开了一种车载电池包充电温度管理系统,包括:车载温度控制装置和充电装置;充电装置包括充电站温控模块;车载温度控制装置包括膨胀水壶、电池组合换热器以及第一冷却管路,膨胀水壶的进液口和出液口分别与第一冷却管路的两端连接;电池组合换热器设置于第一冷却管路中;车载电池包设置于电池组合换热器与膨胀水壶的进液口之间的第一冷却管路中;充电站温控模块包括储液罐、第一蒸发器、第一压缩机、第二换热器、第二冷却管路、至少一个第三冷却管路、至少一个第四冷却管路、至少一个第一出液口和至少一个第一进液口。以实现车辆充电时的电池包温度处于合适的温度范围内,有利于提高充电效率、电池的安全性能和使用寿命。
