The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a variable cross-section tail door frame for a light frame logistics vehicle, which comprises the following steps of: S01, establishing a vehicle body assembly finite element model with a tail door frame module, and calculating and analyzing the torsional rigidity of a vehicle body assembly according to the finite element model; s02, the torsional rigidity is analyzed and compared with the actual target value torsional rigidity so as to adjust the section inertia moment needed by the tail door frame module; and S03, respectively designing and confirming the shapes and sizes of the inner door frame and the outer door frame of the tail door frame module according to the required section inertia moment. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the shapes of the inner door frame and the outer door frame of the tail door frame module can be optimized and designed again under the conditions that a load-bearing framework of a vehicle body is reduced, the load-bearing force needed by the whole vehicle is seriously insufficient, and the overall torsional rigidity, namely the deformation resisting capacity, of the vehicle body structure is lowered; the sectional inertia moment and the overall torsional rigidity of a vehicle body structure are improved by changing the section shape and size of the tail door frame module formed through combination.

    本发明公开了一种用于轻型框架物流车的变截面尾门框的制造方法,包括如下步骤:S01:建立具有尾门框模块的车身总成有限元模型,并根据该有限元模型计算分析车身总成的扭转刚度;S02:将该扭转刚度与实际目标值扭转刚度进行分析比较,以调整尾门框模块所需的截面惯性矩;S03:根据所需的截面惯性矩分别设计和确认该尾门框模块的内门框和外门框的形状和大小。采用本发明的技术方案,在面对对车身的承重骨架进行减配,导致整车所需承重力严重不足,车身结构整体扭转刚度即抵抗变形的能力下滑的情形时,即可对尾门框模块的内门框和外门框的形状进行重新优化设计,通过改变组合形成的尾门框模块的截面形状和大小,提高截面惯性矩及车身结构整体扭转刚度。
