The invention provides a vehicle battery system overload fuse matching protection method, and belongs to the technical field of automobile safety. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, determining tolerance curves corresponding to single batteries, battery modules and related parts; determining a rated current interval of the fuse; then, obtaining tolerance curves of different types of fuses in a rated current interval, and determining the types of fuses for realizing effective protection on the battery system; and finally, carrying out temperature rise test on the fuse, determining the charging and discharging characteristics of the battery, and judging whether the obtained charging and discharging characteristics of the battery meet the power performance requirement of the whole vehicle or not. When the requirements are met, the fuse of the model is used as a fuse for overload protection of the battery system; and when the requirement is not met, the fuse model is matched again until the requirement for the power performance of the whole vehicle is met. According to the method, the fuse is accurately matched with the vehicle battery, the battery system and the parts, the safety performance of the whole vehicle is improved, and the problem that a protection blind area exists in an existing fusing type selection method is solved.

    本发明提出一种车辆电池系统过负荷熔断器匹配保护方法,属于汽车安全技术领域。首先确定单体电池、电池模组和相关零部件对应的耐受曲线;再确定熔断器的额定电流区间;然后获取额定电流区间下不同型号熔断器的耐受曲线,确定对电池系统实现有效保护的熔断器型号;最后对熔断器进行温升测试,确定电池充放电特性,判断得到的电池充放电特性是否满足整车动力性能要求;当满足要求时,将该型号熔断器作为电池系统过负荷保护的熔断器;当不满足要求时,重新匹配熔断器型号,直至满足整车动力性能要求。本发明实现了熔断器与车辆电池、电池系统及零部件的精确匹配,提升了整车的安全性能,解决了现有熔断性选型方法中存在的保护盲区问题。
