The method comprises the following steps: constructing an adaptive rule model based on charging operation big data of a charging pile; the charging pile typical scene is analyzed to obtain a charging pile typical scene analysis result, the charging pile typical scene analysis result comprises a prediction factor, and the prediction factor sets a threshold value through an adaptive rule model; and according to the typical scene analysis result of the charging pile, establishing a zero-low electric quantity station pile prediction model, and identifying and predicting zero-low electric quantity stations and piles through the zero-low electric quantity station pile prediction model. The zero-low electric quantity reasons are concluded and traced, targeted reference is provided for zero-low electric quantity charging pile treatment, the operation and maintenance efficiency of the electric vehicle can be improved, the zero-low electric quantity charging pile can be pre-judged and predicted in advance, and zero-low electric quantity charging pile treatment is assisted.
