The invention discloses a fake-licensed ship automatic identification technology. In order to overcome the problem that point adjustment and other track abnormal conditions existing in ship moving track identification cannot be solved in the prior art, a local threshold value window and a mean value filtering window are designed, a local speed threshold value and a global speed threshold value are calculated, three types of abnormal track points including isolated abnormal points, continuous abnormal points and obvious identification abnormal points are found, and the abnormal track points are identified. Respectively corresponding to track points, noise points and confusion points of the fake-licensed ship; the abnormal track points are screened out by counting the speed distribution of the track points of the ship, calculating the bow deflection rate between the track points, setting the speed threshold of the track points according to the speed distribution probability of the track points, and setting the threshold of the bow deflection rate according to the cycle characteristics of the ship.

    本发明公开了一种套牌船自动识别技术。为了克服现有技术中无法解决识别船舶运行轨迹存在的调点以及其他轨迹异常情况的问题,本发明设计局部阈值窗和均值滤波窗,计算局部速度阈值和全局速度阈值,发现三类异常轨迹点,包括孤立异常点、连续异常点和明显判识异常点,分别对应套牌船轨迹点、噪声点和混淆点;通过统计船舶轨迹点的速度分布,计算轨迹点间船首偏转速率,根据轨迹点速度分布概率设定轨迹点速度阈值,根据船舶旋回特性设定船首偏转速率的阈值,筛选出异常轨迹点。
