The invention discloses an aircraft cable weak fault positioning method based on a reflection coefficient spectrum. A frequency domain reflection method is adopted to detect a cable weak fault. The method comprises the following steps: transmitting a sweep frequency signal through a vector grid analyzer, processing the transmitted and reflected signals of an aircraft cable by using an RCS detection method program and a variational mode decomposition program after collecting reflection coefficient data, carrying out fast Fourier transform on a reflection coefficient, taking a real part to process and find the position of a fundamental frequency, and obtaining an RCS method detection result graph taking a distance as an abscissa; and weak signals containing fault features are extracted, and the positions of weak fault points of the cable are finally determined. The method has the beneficial effects that the output signal spectrogram is analyzed, and if the signal has no fault, the spectrogram has no peak value; when the cable has a weak fault, a peak value appears on a corresponding spectrogram, and accurate fault point position information can be obtained by reading the position of a peak point.

    本发明公开了一种基于反射系数谱的飞机线缆微弱故障定位方法,采用频域反射法对线缆微弱故障进行检测。通过矢量网格分析仪发射扫频信号,在收集反射系数数据后使用RCS检测法程序、变分模态分解程序对飞机线缆的发射与反射信号进行处理,对反射系数进行快速傅里叶变换、取实部处理寻找基频的位置,获得以距离为横坐标的RCS法检测结果图,并从中提取出含有故障特征的微弱信号,最终确定线缆微弱故障点位置。本发明的有益效果是:通过对输出的信号频谱图进行分析,如果信号无故障则频谱图无峰值;当线缆存在微弱故障时,会在相应的频谱图上出现峰值,通过读取峰值点位置可以得到精确的故障点位置信息。
