The invention discloses a rubber cushion, a mounting structure and a mounting method. The rubber cushion comprises a cushion body, a through inner hole is formed in the cushion body, the cushion body extends towards the inner side at one end of the inner hole to form an annular flange, and during installation, the annular flange can elastically expand and deform so as to be tightly hooped on a matching part penetrating through the inner hole. The annular flange is arranged on the inner hole, and when the matching piece penetrates through the inner hole, the annular flange is extruded to expand and elastically hoop the matching piece, so that an anti-falling structure is formed, the rubber cushion is prevented from falling off from the matching piece, only the matching piece needs to be controlled in the moving and assembling processes, and the mounting efficiency is greatly improved.
