The invention relates to a modular installation method for subsection pipe power outfitting of an LNG ship stern and bow channel. The modular installation method comprises the steps that S1, subsection pipe power outfitting modules are assembled; s2, hoisting a subsection pipe power outfitting module; s3, lifting the subsection pipe power outfitting module until the subsection pipe power outfitting module passes through the rib plate lightening hole of the subsection, wherein the subsection pipe power outfitting module is connected with the subsection of the stern and bow channel; and S4, adjusting the butt joint precision error of the subsection pipe power outfitting module and the stern and bow channel subsection. The platform of the channel body is lifted to penetrate through the rib plate lightening holes, so that the angle steel can be continuously disconnected, the length of the platform can be continued to correspond to the length of the section, the pipe support and the cable guide frame can be installed in the open area of the section stage in advance, and the whole body only needs to be hoisted into the section in one step to be installed in the middle assembly stage. The time for hoisting the platform for three times can be saved for each subsection, and the overall hoisting can be finished at one time, so that a large amount of construction time is saved.

    本发明涉及一种LNG船艉艏通道的分段管电舾模块化安装方法,包括S1,组装分段管电舾模块;S2,吊装分段管电舾模块;S3,将所述分段管电舾模块抬高至穿过分段的肋板减轻孔,所述分段管电舾模块与所述艉艏通道的分段连接;S4,调节所述分段管电舾模块和艉艏通道分段的对接精度误差等步骤。本发明通过将通道本体的平台升高至穿过肋板减轻孔,可使角钢连续不断开,使平台长度可一直延续至和分段长度对应,并且管子支架和电缆导架均可提前至分段阶段开敞区域安装,在中组立阶段只需整体一步吊进分段内部安装,每个分段可节省3次吊装平台的时间且可整体一次吊运结束,节省了大量施工工时。
