The invention relates to a steering wheel rotation angle estimation method based on least square and support vector regression. Comprising the following steps: step 1, establishing a vehicle driving nonlinear expression function according to vehicle lateral mechanical characteristic expression; 2, designing an automobile steering wheel rotation angle mechanism type estimation strategy based on recursive least square, and accurately estimating the steering wheel rotation angle when the lateral acceleration of the automobile is small; and step 3, correcting the steering wheel angle estimation value when the lateral acceleration of the automobile is relatively large through an automobile data driving type steering wheel angle estimation strategy based on support vector regression. According to the method, the steering wheel angle of the automobile under different lateral accelerations is accurately estimated, a reference scheme is provided for estimating the steering wheel angle of the automobile under mechanism and data hybrid driving, and a signal reference is effectively provided for reverse wheel angle fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control of a steering-by-wire system of an intelligent automobile in the future; the problems of parameter uncertainty and vehicle state measurement noise faced by vehicle system dynamics are solved.
本发明是一种基于最小二乘与支持向量回归的方向盘转角估计方法。包括:步骤一、根据车辆侧向力学特征表现建立车辆行驶非线性表达函数;步骤二、设计一种基于递归最小二乘的汽车方向盘转角机理型估计策略,在汽车侧向加速度较小时对方向盘转角实现精确估计;步骤三、通过基于支持向量回归的汽车数据驱动型方向盘转角估计策略,对汽车侧向加速度较大时的方向盘转角估计值进行修正。本发明精确地估计了汽车在不同侧向加速度下的方向盘转角,为机理与数据混合驱动的汽车方向盘转角估计提供参考方案,有效地为未来智能汽车线控转向系统反向盘转角故障诊断与容错控制提供信号参考,克服了车辆系统动力学面临的参数不确定性与车辆状态测量噪声问题。
