Comprising an electric control device and a steering device, and the steering device comprises a shell, an input shaft and screw assembly, a sector shaft assembly, a supporting seat assembly, a lubricating mechanism, a transmission mechanism, an inner end cover and an outer end cover; the lubricating mechanism is arranged on the gear sector shaft assembly, the transmission mechanism transmits torque of the motor to the input shaft and the screw assembly and comprises a worm gear and a worm, one end of the worm is connected with the output end of the motor, the other end of the worm is meshed with the worm gear, and the electric control device comprises a rotating speed sensor, a tilt angle sensor, a rotating angle torque sensor and a controller. A rotary valve structure in a circulating ball type hydraulic power steering gear is replaced by a large-reduction-ratio mechanism, a corner torque sensor and the like, conversion from hydraulic transmission to intelligent electric transmission is achieved under the condition that extra space is not increased, the power requirement is reduced by 300%, and the maximum output torque is increased by 5%.
